- With a reprieve from demand (in sold homes) and current inventory, the overall market was able to approach the more affordable MSP (Median Sales Price) we saw in Feb 2024. Resale retreated by nearly $20k compared to Jul 2024.

"Karen has been awesome from the beginning of our family journey to relocate to Idaho. She met with us on one of our visits to Idaho and immediately we felt comfortable to call her a friend. Karen helped us find a new to-be-built home in Kuna with Hubble Homes. Whether your relocating local or distant, she has always been responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. She would be our "to go" person when it came to contacting the builder, which made it easier for us with communication. If there was an appointment we could not physically make, she would take the time to represent us and follow up with live video and photographs of our new home. She would also drive by during the building process to give us updates. Karen has a good team of contacts for home buyers.
